i In early 2006, with the recording of the 'BLINDSIDE' CD, Jock Bartley and Denver-area business man, Terry Finnegan, started a new Independent Record Label, WINGED HORSE RECORDS, LLC. This label has been formed to produce, manufacture and distribute musical CDs and DVDs. The first project, Jock Bartley's 'Blindside' CD, has gotten rave revues worldwide and Winged Horse Records is currently marketing and selling the CD. The second CD project features is by FIREFALL ACOUSTIC entitled ‘COLORADO TO LIVERPOOL, A TRIBUTE TO THE BEATLES,’ a CD featuring Firefall front men, JB and Steven Weinmeister, singing eleven of their favorite Beatles songs in an 'Acoustic' format. On three ocassions they’d been asked to sing a few Beatles songs on a top radio station in Denver, each time receiving very positive response. People kept asking, ‘when’s the CD coming out?’ So they decided to record this album, driven by the love and upmost respect of the songs. It is scheduled for release on June 20, 2007. Some of the songs they picked from the ‘best band ever,’ include ‘Girl.’ ‘Norwegian Wood,’ ‘Within You Without You,’ ‘I Need You,’ ‘Eleanor Rigby,’ ‘You’re Gonna Lose That Girl,’ ‘No Reply,’ ‘Come Together’ and others. Future Winged Horse Records projects may include a live Firefall CD and corresponding DVD, another JB solo project and possibly CDs from top singer/songwriters or bands from the fertile Rocky Mountain Region.
